A touch of sweet beet powder is the secret ingredient that adds body to the base and pink to the cup!Add a bit of steamed half & half or coconut milk for the sweetest, most velvety chai-latte EVER. 

Hot Pink Chai Latte Directions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiling water (about 212°F or 100°C)
  • 2-3 tablespoons chai spice blend
  • Honey (for sweetening)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions:

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle or pot until it reaches about 212°F (100°C).
  2. Measure out 2-3 tablespoons of chai spice blend into a mug.
  3. Pour the boiling water over the chai spice in the mug. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Add honey to the chai tea to sweeten, according to your taste preference.
  5. Pour in 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy) into the chai tea and stir well.
Cold Pink Chai Latte Directions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons chai spice blend
  • Sweetener of choice
  • Ice cubes


Instructions:

  1. Heat milk in a microwave or on the stovetop until steaming 150-160°F  (but not boiling).
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of chai spice blend to the warm milk. Stir to combine.
  3. Sweeten the chai latte with your preferred sweetener, to taste.
  4. Refrigerate the chai latte mixture overnight.
  5. The next day, strain the chilled chai latte to remove the spices.
  6. Pour the strained chai latte in a tall glass over ice cubes.
  7. Enjoy your refreshing Cold Chai Latte on the go!
